After 15 years’ experience at some of Ottawa’s most successful print houses, I co-founded PXL Works to provide both agencies and business clients with a unique approach to large-format and distinctive print jobs. Together, Blair Olson and I personally manage every account, which means that we can ensure our clients receive the same consistently exceptional customer experience that we have always been committed to.
You may know me through my past service with Gilmore Reproductions, Real Time Printing Real Time Colour or Creative Imaging in Ottawa. As an account manager at these print houses, I developed a wide range of experience that PXL Works now brings to its clients, including:
- Consultation and guidance on all aspects of the print cycle, including: design and print technologies, timely estimates and file-preparation.
- On-time delivery, no matter what the obstacles. There’s a reason my clients have nick-named me “Realtime Rodney” – I have a reputation for being there whenever the need arises, doing whatever is necessary to ensure that my clients don’t suffer due to file issues, delivery obstacles, design or technical problems.
- Complete solutions, providing each client with a single-point-of-contact for all PXL Works deliverables, including ensuring quality is met every step of the way – from design to production, printing and installation.
Even in my off time I’m often thinking about printing and design! That’s because my hobby is collecting and restoring vintage snowmobiles. In addition to doing the mechanical and paint repair work, I recreate vintage snowmobile decals that are no longer available. On summer weekends I can be found at the cottage with my family (including my wife, Kristina, son Ryan and daughter Darien), swimming, boating, water skiing, tubing and fishing.
